We went ashore today and around noon met my brother Mark and his family. Donna, his wife and Jarod and Chase their eleven and ten year old sons. We went to Walmart for groceries and then to Center Store for ice cream and guess what? Still no moose tracks! If this continues we will have to find another ice cream joint.
We got six lobsters from Brent and cooked them up for dinner. Jarod liked them, Chase did not. After dinner we went for a night tour in the lighthouse. The fog had settled in and visibility was bad.
I am being bombarded with questions about Lawrence and I keep telling them I don’t know when or if he will appear. Just keep your eyes open at night and don’t be surprised by what you see or hear.
Mark installed a clothes pole in the guest bedroom closet and a chain on the shower curtain rod to hold it level. I hope the weather improves while they are here so they can enjoy the fantastic views. We did a ride by of the Bath Iron Works and saw a destroyer being made.
