Another storm off the coat of New York is controlling our weather. All day long we have been getting weather warnings of flash floods, roads washing out, lightening strikes, etc. Out here it is cold (in the 50’s), windy (32 knots), foggy (100 foot visibility) and wet.
Another inside day. I put up the rest of the lights in the shop. Patched some stuff in the house and that’s about it. Brenda took a day off and relaxed, her cold might be coming back.
We watched two episodes of “24” and some evening programs, then turned in.
Weather is controlling our lives at this point. All we can do is watch the grass grow and take care of what we can indoors. Dave Power called this morning saying he was thinking about coming out to deliver some things and get the mooring buoys in place. I told him of the conditions and it was put off….again.
Have not seen or heard any lobster or any other boats in the last three days. Everyone is waiting for the weather to change.
